One of the most difficult aspects of construction litigation is attacking and presenting evidence of damages. This presentation from an experienced construction litigator will analyze strategies and techniques to combat plaintiffs’ damage claims. The presentation will also analyze when and how the defense should present counter damages evidence and arguments.
