Nelson L. Cohen is a partner with Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara LLP, concentrating his practice in the areas of General Liability and Business Litigation defense. Mr. Cohen is responsible for managing the General Liability department in our Las Vegas office.

Mr. Cohen is an experienced trial lawyer, having been lead counsel in over 35 Superior/District Court jury trials. Mr Cohen is also a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, or ABOTA.

Mr. Cohen is licensed to practice in California and Nevada, the Central District of the United States, and the Supreme Court of Nevada. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, where he majored in finance and was a writer for the Business School Newspaper.

Mr. Cohen obtained his Juris Doctorate from Whittier College. Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara LLP, Mr. Cohen was the managing attorney for Precision Risk Management in Southern California, and a trial attorney with Perona, Langer & Beck, a well-respected Plaintiff's firm in Long Beach, California. He has a published opinion - Rivera v. Sassoon, 39 Cal.App. 4th 1045 (1995).
