Ammar M. Mandhai is an associate at the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP, practicing primarily in the areas of construction defect law and general civil litigation.

Mr. Mandhai graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2002 from California State University Fullerton.

Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Mandhai attended Chapman University School of Law in Orange, CA. While in law school, he earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in an Advanced Seminar on Jurisprudence. Mr. Mandhai also served on the Moot Court Honors Board, the Nexus Law Journal, and as a Student Ambassador for the law school.

Prior to joining Bremer Whyte, Mr. Mandhai gained unique insurance and construction experience as a property adjuster for Farmers Insurance. He also served as an In-House clerk for an Orange County corporation where he gained a wide breadth of experience with employment law, contract law, workers compensation and general liability.

Mr. Mandhai is a member of the State Bar of California.
