Kyle P. Carroll is an associate at the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. Mr. Carroll was born and raised in Mission Viejo, CA. He attended Concordia University, Irvine, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communications. While at Concordia, Mr. Carroll played four years of collegiate soccer and was the captain of the team for the last two years. In addition, while at Concordia, Mr. Carroll was honored by being admitted to the Sigma Beta Delta National Business Honor Society.

Mr. Carroll earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Chapman University School of Law in May 2008. He graduated with an emphasis in Environmental, Land Use, and Real Estate law.

While at Chapman, Mr. Carroll co-founded the Land Resources Society and served as its Vice-President for two years. During his second year, he externed with the Honorable Michael Hayes of the Orange County Superior Court, where he gained valuable exposure to a myriad of litigation issues.

Prior to joining Bremer, Whyte, Brown & O'Meara, Mr. Carroll practiced with a small firm in Newport Beach, where he gained experience in general civil litigation, corporate law, family law, and business litigation.

Mr. Carroll is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Mr. Carroll is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Surfrider Foundation.
