Nicole Pearson is an associate at the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP, practicing primarily in the areas of construction defect law and general civil litigation.

Ms. Pearson was born and raised in Orange County. In June 2005, she graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Italian.

Ms. Pearson attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where she competed on the Scott Moot Court Team and won Top Ten Oralist in the ABA Moot Court Competition. Ms. Pearson also donated her time to local residents, serving as a Young Lawyers mentor and providing free tax assistance through Loyola's VITA program.

Ms. Pearson worked for Bremer Whyte as a law clerk during her first summer in law school and now returns to the firm as an associate, having been admitted to the California State Bar this December 2009.
