Keith G. Bremer is a founding principal of Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara LLP and has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including general business and corporate, construction defect, municipal defense, personal injury and general liability. His excellence as an aggressive and effective litigator and negotiator has earned him the respect of his colleagues, clients and the judiciary.

Born in Los Angeles, California, Mr. Bremer earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University in 1987. Mr. Bremer obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University School of Law in San Diego, California in 1992. While attending law school, Mr. Bremer was appointed a member of law review and was subsequently appointed business editor, book review editor and, in his last year, managing editor for law review.

Prior to forming Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara LLP in April 1997, Mr. Bremer was the managing partner of the Riverside office at Smith, Smith & Kring, a 37 attorney general practice law firm. In that capacity, he functioned as lead trial counsel and was responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of this branch office.

Mr. Bremer has had the privilege of representing auto manufacturers, auto dealerships, developers, subcontractors, business owners and individuals in trial. Mr. Bremer has been a featured contributor in the Orange County Register, Business Section and has been editorialized in, among others, the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Daily Journal, CBS, Fox, KCAL and KTLA news. Mr. Bremer is regularly consulted by lobbyists and the insurance industry to provide input on proposed legislation in the legal field from California to Colorado. Mr. Bremer has extensive trial experience from both the plaintiff and the defense perspective. He obtained a verdict for $3.25 million in Orange County Superior Court and received the Gladiator Trial Award from Farmers Insurance. He was recently awarded the coveted "Medallion" award by Farmers for his long standing work. He is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers OC, Southern California Defense Counsel and the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Bremer is a regularly featured speaker at seminars throughout the United States.

Mr. Bremer is admitted to practice law in California and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California and is an active member of the Southern California Defense League and the Orange County Bar Association.
