Mr. Gharakhanian is an associate at the Los Angeles office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, practicing in the areas of general civil litigation and construction defect law. Admitted to the California State Bar in 2007, David is licensed to practice before all courts in the state of California. David is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (Sections: Barristers, Business & Corporations Law, Real Property).
David earned his B.A. degree in Economics and minor in Political Science from UCLA in 2002. He thereafter worked as a financial analyst for a real estate brokerage company and started a private tutoring company before returning to graduate school. David earned his J.D./M.B.A. from Loyola Law School in December 2006. During law school he gained legal experience in a variety of practice areas, including real estate, business, entertainment, and corporate transactional matters. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ernest M. Robles of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
David concentrates his practice in all aspects of complex civil litigation, including construction defect and general liability defense matters.
