Kelly N. Liebman is an associate in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP, focusing on Construction Law and Litigation and Family Law.

Ms. Liebman obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in May of 2004, from the University of Arizona, in Tucson, Arizona, with a minor in Pre-Law.

Ms. Liebman graduated in the top quarter of her class from Whittier Law School in May of 2007. While attending Whittier, Ms. Liebman received the Cali Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest grade in her Legal Skills course. Ms. Liebman served as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association during the 2006 – 2007 school year, and as the Student Activities Director for the Student Bar Association during the 2005 – 2006 school year. Ms. Liebman was also a graduating member of the Whittier Public Interest Law Foundation. While studying at Whittier, Ms. Liebman lived and studied in Santander, Spain for one month, at the Universidad de Cantabria.

Ms. Liebman was admitted to the State Bar of California in December of 2007, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association. Ms. Liebman focuses her practice in the areas of construction law and litigation and family law.
